Reservation Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of reservation (”Pre-Order”) with BeTRITON LLC (“we”, “us”, or “BeTRITON LLC”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of BeTRITON (formerly known as Z-Triton) (“Product”).

By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

PRODUCT RESERVATION

When placing a Pre-Order for our Product, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all such information is accurate and kept up to date. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to determine the correct contact information. You may update your information at any time before we send you the Product purchase agreement by sending an e-mail to hi@betriton.com.

The Pre-Order is considered valid from the payment of full Pre-Order Price.

PRE-ORDER PRICE & PAYMENT

The Pre-Order price of the Product is provided at the Pre-Order landing page and during the checkout phase (“Pre-Order Price”). You will be charged the full Pre-Order Price of the Product at the time of placing the Pre-Order. The Pre-Order Price does include VAT tax, as well as transfer fees and other governmental charges, and payment of such, if applicable, will be your responsibility.

We accept payment by credit card via Stripe platform as the method of payment.

We will not pay you any interest for your Pre-Order Price and the amount will not be retained on a separate or blocked account. It is not possible to transfer your reservation to another party without the written consent of BeTRITON LLC.

The estimated final price of the Product provided at the time of the Pre-Order shall be subject to change without notice and may be different depending on your choice of options at the time of purchase.

In addition, you will be responsible for payment of shipping costs of the Product, which shall be specified at the time of purchase, as well as for payment of any additional fees and charges, such as VAT tax, import duties, transfer fees and other governmental charges, if applicable.

PRE-ORDER PRIORITY

By placing the Pre-Order you will secure an estimated priority for delivery of the Product for your country and region (zip code). We will inform on our website betriton.com about countries and regions that are prioritized for delivery. We shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with our decisions as to availability and allocation of the Product.

You will eventually receive a Product purchase agreement that gives you the opportunity to complete this booking process with a Product order. If you wish to complete the Product order, we will consider your Pre-Order Price payment as part of the order payment.

PRE-ORDER DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Currently the Product is being developed. We estimate that the first batch of Products will be ready by the end of 2024. The Products will be delivered in accordance with the above terms for the Pre-Order priority.

Please do not place the Pre-Order, if you need the Product by a designated date, as we cannot guarantee the Product will be ready and arrive by your designated date. It can have production delays.

We will provide you updates with respect to production process and estimate production time.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AFTER PLACING THE PRE-ORDER

You have a right to cancel your Pre-Order at any time within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, beginning on the day after you have placed the respective Pre-Order (“Cancellation Deadline”) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive 90% refund of the Pre-Order Price.

Should you decide to cancel the Pre-Order after the Cancellation Deadline, but before you have entered into a Product purchase agreement, we will refund you 70% (seventy per cent) of the Pre-Order Price.

To meet the Cancellation Deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your clear statement (by e-mailing us to hi@betriton.com or contacting us via post or courier at BeTRITON LLC, “Zeltiņi”, Bilska parish, Smiltene county, LV-4706, Latvia) concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Same procedure applies to cancellation of the Pre-Order after the Cancellation Deadline.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The actual design of the Product available for purchase may be different than that represented in photos and representations prior to delivery. BeTRITON LLC makes no representations or warranties as to the Product and/or the time in which the Product will be available for purchase. The only valid warranties shall be those included within the Product purchase agreement.

Under no circumstances we will be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this Pre-Order. In the event that we are held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of Pre-Order Price without interest.

In the unlikely event that BeTRITON LLC goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent, we might not be able to refund your Pre-Order Price. Therefore, in the worst case, you may lose some or all of the money paid for this Pre-Order.

FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
